Installing Sileo

For support in English, ask for help on the r/Jailbreak Discord Server.

Introduction

This guide will allow you to install Sileo if you are using a jailbreak which includes Cydia by default instead.

WARNING

Sileo only supports iOS 12 or newer, if you're on iOS 9 to 11, consider installing Zebra instead.

Adding the Sileo repo

  1. Open the Cydia application
  2. Tap Sources on the bar at the bottom
  3. Tap the Edit button in the top right-hand corner
  4. Tap the + icon in the top right-hand corner
  5. Enter in repo.getsileo.app
  6. Tap Add Source
  7. Tap Return to Cydia

Installing Sileo

  1. Tap on the repo.getsileo.app repo
  2. Tap Packaging
  3. Tap Sileo
  4. Tap the Install button at the top right-hand corner of your screen
  5. Confirm the installation
    • It may take some time for the tweak to install
  6. After it's finished, tap Respring
    • The device should appear to reboot after this

Sileo should now be installed onto your device.

DANGER

Attempting to delete Cydia from your device after installing Sileo may cause issues with your jailbreak.
